Keystone Substance Abuse Services in Rock Hill, South Carolina was one of ten South Carolina healthcare organizations recognized as winners of a Palmetto Hospital Trust (PHT) Safety Award, and one of fourteen winners of a PHT Transitional Duty Award at the PHT General Membership Meeting. Healthcare professionals from around the state attended the day-long event, held on June 15, 2012 in Columbia.
Safety Awards are presented each year to PHT members with the lowest loss ratios in their respective categories. Trust members eligible to win the Transitional Duty Award are those required to maintain an OSHA log, and the winners are the PHT members with the best/highest ratio of transitional duty to no lost work days in their respective categories. Keystone Substance Abuse Services was the winner of both awards in the category of Disabilities & Special Needs Organizations.
Keystone Substance Abuse Services also distinguished itself when it was named to the PHT Claims Reporting Platinum Honor Roll by reporting 100% of our workers’ compensation claims within three days in 2011.
Jean Bryant, human resources manager & safety director, accepted the award on behalf of Keystone Substance Abuse Services.
